Can I change my order once confirmed?

No, you cannot change/edit your order once confirmed.

How long does it take to process a refund on a canceled order?

It will take 7 working days for you to receive the refund amount in the selected mode of payment that you used to make your payment.

What are the modes of payment available?

You can pay using Amazon Pay (which has cards options as well) or UPI when placing an order through the Oyeti App. You can pay using Amazon Pay, Cards or UPI when placing an order through the WebApp.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your placed order in the ‘Track your Order’ section.

How can I reach the restaurant/ store?

Once the order is placed, you can reach the restaurant on phone by using the ‘call store’ option under “Track your Order’. You can use the directions option on the order details page to get map directions.

I made the payment, my order was confirmed, but haven’t received my order. What do I do?

How do I cancel my order?

In QSR, all orders are prepaid and cannot be canceled once placed. You can use the Cancel button to cancel the unplaced order.
